2. Local and International Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and shipped out within 1 - 3 working days.

forth co is not liable for any lost parcels shipped via untracked shipping. All local taxes, custom and import fees of delivery are the responsibility of customer.
More local shipping options (within Singapore)
- Next Day delivery (Mon-Fri) option is available at an additional S$10
- Please place your order by 3PM before the day of desired delivery.
3. Returns & Exchange Policy
All sale and non-sale items are final and strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
We ensure the quality of all items during packing. Issues related to material coating, colour, marble swirls will not be considered as defects.
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us at info@forth-co.com within 3 days from receiving your order with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for returns/ exchange
- Attach image proof of stated issue
Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost of returning your item. forth co will not be liable for lost return parcels.
